Welcome to Stone Creek Chalet at The Aspens, hosted by InvitedHome. This home has an urban and sleek design that frames a contrasting canvas for the mountain magic dancing through the windows. A premium remodel showcases top-of-the-line finishes and thoughtful touches throughout that are sure to impress. Aspen-lined mountain views peer in from the oversized windows for golden colors accenting industrial elements throughout this multi-leveled townhome with an elevator. Located on the edge of The Aspen Complex just down the hill from Beaver Creek Village. The main living space is perched on the third floor for optimum views with a softly accented living room featuring all new designer furniture and a gas fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a dining table for six and an impressive workhorse of a kitchen with newly upgraded Miele appliances.
Three of the four levels house bedrooms with varying ensuites, all with new cozy heated floors, where the main bedroom features a corner nook with a supreme view from the top floor and an elegant ensuite. Down on the second floor, the playful double bunk room neighbors an ensuite with a soaking tub. Head out from the dining room to the front deck for cocktail hour, then downstairs to the back deck to welcome skiers home with the wafting barbeque right along the slope down to the Elkhorn Chairlift. Hop on the Village Connect to get a ride into the Village for a bite to eat at C Bar, then meander on home for a nightcap by the fire.

What To Know
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- Parking: two spaces.
- Ease of getting around with the Village Connect.
- This home could allow dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. All pets need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. Pet cleaning is $150 plus $50 / day per dog and will be added to the reservation after approval.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- There is construction next to this home, planned completion April 2025.
What To Expect
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If the arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
The Particulars
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
- If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
Rules to Stay By
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- Animals may be allowed with prior approval and accompanying non-refundable fee. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. Additional pet fee will apply after booking.
- Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- All guests are required to follow Good Neighbor Guidelines. This can be found in the Guest Portal after booking.
