What We Love

What To Know

  • The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
  • The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
  • Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The Chondola lift does not operate during the summer, so you'll need to drive or use Dial-A-Ride to reach the Core and free gondola in Mountain Village.
  • In addition to our terms and conditions, each group will be required to sign a document agreeing to the HOA's rules and regulations. After booking, please be on the lookout for communication from our team containing this document for signature.
  • During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

What To Expect

  • Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
  • If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Telluride InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days from the date of arrival.
  • A 50% refund will be issued for all reservations that need to be canceled 60 days prior to arrival.

Rules To Stay By

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
  • Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
  • A credit card preauthorization of $350.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
  • Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
